With summer coming to an end, my first year of medical school rapidly approaches. With only one week left to embrace summer I decided to seek refugee at our gorgeous lake cabin and relax. Craving a last ice cream of the summer, I decided to get creative. So here I present Earl Grey ice cream, it’s easy, delicious, and perfect for fine dining on a low budget.
-Vanilla ice cream
-Earl Grey tea (or any tea of choice)
- Steep extra strong tea (i.e. use little water when making your tea)
- Let the tea cool
- Scoop onto ice cream as desired
